I can write a system that systematically sort solutions and extras using PHP, but here comes the differcult part: WHO will be writing them, and HOW will they submit solutions?
(Note: This system is also designed to store CUSTOM LEVEL solutions)
I have several ideas that can be used:
1. Submission through isolated identification system: You register on the system, PM me with your activation code and I will activate your account. Disadvantage is PMing and waiting takes too much time.
2. Submission through integrated identification system: You log in using the current username and password you have on this forum. Don't worry, all passwords are encrypted in the database (yes, even Patrick can't reach your password just by looking at the database!) so your security is protected. We can also upgrade this system later on. An disadvantage is that either I need to be able to reach the database (that way I will be able to see your email, PM texts but no, I PROMISE that I WILL NOT look at your PMs/grab your email for other uses. I do not do that on any fourms I adminstrate, nor will I do it in the future) or Patrick will have to install the system, when I have new bugfixes for the system he won't be able to update immediately.
3. Submission through PMs. No identification hassles, but it will take time to update/add solutions.
So... what do you guys think?
