Technos Chronicles: The Gas Problem

I was thinking about this on the way home while listening to some news on the radio. I was thinking of making a game series consisting of me taking adventures. The plots will be based on real events and stuff shown on the news that is affecting my family and stuff like that. My dad would like me to make these games because he doesn't like events that make things worse.

The radio was talking about something in Libya about a gas issue. Libya is known for sharing gas I think. And recently the guy who was in power there (whatever he was) set the price of gas high for the whole world, or where I live at least. I didn't catch most of the headline so I don't really know what caused the problem.

And the plot for this game is when I discover the price of gas is rising because of Libya so I travel about halfway across the world to defeat the Libya guy in power with a special spell I thought of just now; THE ANTI IN-POWER SPELL.

But some of you realize the lot of work I'm doing for games and WA stuff. I make up thoughts about these games fast! So that's why I'm doing a schedule for them. Monday to friday I work mostly on one thing and on the weekend I can work on whatever I want. I arrange the stuff from the date announced.

Monday - WA: The Magical Tests
Tuesday - Doom Adventure
Wednesday - The Legend of Pootsy (wonderland adventure)
Thursday - Kiyoshi Revamped
Friday - This

I think I have the amount of levels to put in this game. In the story I will get to Libya by taking a journey across europe. The game will go across the following nations in order

- Canada (I live there so I start there)
- Greenland
- Iceland
- United Kingdom
- France
- Switzerland
- Germany
- Czech Republic
- Poland
- Ukraine
- Hungary
- Romania
- Bulgaria
- Turkey
- Syria
- Iraq
- Jordan
- Israel
- Egypt
- Libya

Each nation will have two levels but Libya will have three. The other level in libya is the final boss battle with the guy in power there. So I'm thinking there will be a total of 41 levels in the game each at semi-long length.

So I set up just a few sprites and a background including the sprite of me.

Kooky inspired me with ET2 to re-make the the background programming of it because I liked it. The backgrounds show real places around the world. The first level is my home town which means you can see where I live looking at the background in there.

And here's a sprite of me standing. Part of the sprite was made with Animegen. This may be a beta sprite.

I defeat Ghaddafi
Somebody else replaces him
Problem solved. No more high gas prices for mah dad

I better do some work today. I'm planning this to be rpg-ish except you don't level up. You can just get a better weapon after the last one something like that. I'll also include an inventory if I can

Here's the content that I was thinking of adding. This may feel wefight TVG ish

Combat
- harder enemies have bigger health
- weapons
- bow and arrows
- magic spells

Resources, sell for money
- Trees
- Mining
- Fishing

Money
- harder enemies drop bigger money
- Shops

Farming
- Pick food from bushes to restore health
- Plant seed and wait a few seconds for food
- Plant trees to make money

Items
- Fruits and vegetables to restore health
- Drinking pop to power up magic spells for the level
- Seeds for farming
