On the topic of skipping grades; I've never skipped any, mainly because I never had the courage to ask about it (and at elementary school there wasn't even the option to skip). I probably could have skipped a grade or so if I wanted to, but personally I think it's better to get the entire 12/13/however many years of schooling.

On the main topic - Does thinking with portals count as a hidden talent Image

No, I'm not serious. On that note I am an incredibly fast reader though.

I-won't-do-a-overly-annoying-bump-this-time bump

I just realiesed my true hidden talent...if you call it a talent. Or hidden, as I show it whenever I can. I have a afro, and it's kinda like a multi-purpose tool. Here's a list of the stuff I've figgured out how to do with it.(There's probaly more for me to find)
  • It obsorbs some of the impact when I get hit on the top of my head.
I can use it as a umbrella.
I can keep pencils, pens, markers, ect. in there.
A lot of girls love it. *shot*
I can use it as a mop in the rare case that I would want to.
    It obsorbs water. :3
I can put stuff in it then shake my head to shoot stuff in random directions.
The top of my head is extra sensitive, so if you touch my afro I can feel it.
Once, some guy let me but in line because of it. *shot*
I can use it as a shiled from water guns. :3
This is my fav. If it gets eneugh water into it, I can spray people by leaning back and then leaning foward quickly.
When it's wet I can whip people with it.
It acts like a touque. This is handy in winter but very annoying in the summer.
When people smack me on the head, they're might get their hand stuck.
People can tell which way the wind is going by looking at it. No need to lick your finger.
It can protect me a bit from wind.
I get called "afro man" and "afro dude" by people who don't know my name.
It's eazy to carry books on my head because of it.
It would cover my unibrow if I had one, since my bangs are huge.
My bro says it could probaly help me hide in a pile of stuffed animals.
I can keep my glasses in there when I don't need them. I actually do.
Ninja picks look good on me.
I probaly missed a few things, but whatever.

Hair. You know, like, 80's style?

Image

Like that. Mine's not nearly as big, and that's, well, not me, but you get the idea.

And mine's not as frizzy. *shot*
Unless I run my fingers through it for about 20 minutes. Then it turns into the pic above.

Ok, new skill. SHAPESHIFTING POWERS *shot*

I envy you. I really do. The only shape my hair takes on is either drooping straight halfway down my back or being really really curly and stopping at my shoulders. I always loved afros.

My hair goes like the 2nd way your hair goes for about 1.5 hours after my shower, since it obsorbs water.

I think it's actually realy curly hair, that pops up into a afro when it's dry.

Mabye you could "styling" it like I do, since we practally have the same hair from what I understand;wash twice, use conditioner once, dry halfway, shake your head like crazy, and wait for it to dry. When I don't do that it ends up like yours. If that dosen't work, try cutting it and try again. If it's too heavy/long it'll drop(it gets higher when I cut it, so it looks like it grew longer.). I hope it works for you.
Oh yeah, one more thing. Mine gets frizzy sometimes, so you might need to use...uh...the bottle says "Silk Curl Therapy".

Just for the record, it went into a afro on it's own until I hit puberty. I need to wash it evreyday, and I guess the way it obsorbs water makes it dry funny unless I shake. :P
