Eh? There are four apples at the very left of Last Call. But if you mean the one on the leftmost part of the roof and the one below you can get from there, you'll need to Spin Jump over the lava.

I'd imagine that ET5 will be covered in spoiler boxes because of how much plot there will be. ET1 had pretty much no plot, ET2 had a tiny bit of plot, ET3 kind of had a skeleton of a plot, ET4 had a half-decent plot towards the end, and ET5 is going to be a real deal.

Kinda off topic, but do you need Shaman to get all the apples in Tomb Trouble? I have 13/17 or them and I can't figgure out how to get to the last of them.

Why would you? He doesn't appear in Tomb Trouble.

After you break the grating, go back and get another Spinner. Afterwards, drop down the hole where the grating was and Spin Jump to the left. You should go over the wall and fall down to 4 green apples.
