I like to explore in adventures, but I do agree with Master Wonder Mage in that you should make walking distances a bit shorter.
I also have a few tips:
This being your first adventure (correct me if I'm wrong), difficulty is ok. Though, in the future try to add more puzzles. I started like you too, I included lots of action areas that didn't require too much thinking.
I personally like to work on the scenery. For some places using the jagged and round options for walls and floors can help your adventures look better, of course, I'm kind of OCD for that stuff so you don't have to worry about that.

Also, add a little more plant life to the first levels of the world such has Lake Hamon to make it look nicer.
Otherwise, a great start!
