Reminds one of abstract level textures like 'Digital' and 'Abstract MoFI.'
It has uses, but the ice is a little shady, don't use it too much.

Yes, its much better than the earlier one
You just need to make some parts a little blurry to add to the textures

But I use MS Paint to adjust and re-size my texture, is that bad too?

Dude, use photoshop, or bring a pencil and a paper to fill up ideas in mind. Once you know how to use these, use paint for adjusting.
