Twinker's Quest: A Platforming game [Demo 2 out!!]

After the feedbacks on Blob, I decided to start a new platforming game today, making it longer, less glitchy and differently themed...

I've decided its name, Twinkers Quest.

Plot:

On a very earth-like planet, Creatures called Twinkers lived. They were like humans it a lot of things. One day, Twinky the heroic twinker was sitting in his room.. Suddenly, the ground started shaking and Twinky heard some noise. Then An enormus tiger was seen by twinky outside.. He immediately went out to find out what is going on... The tiger broke the Twinkermuseum walls and stole the gollden Turtle statue, one of the major reasons tourists visit Twinktown. Twinky must retrieve the golden turtle statue before Twinktown runs out of tourists and begins getting very poor...

I used the engine of Blob, seeming that it's the best platforming engine I have, the game is in a very early developement stage.. I will try to make sure the game is really bug-free..

Any comments??

Nice!

The level tex looks like a standard game maker tile game
But insight tells me, you can do great in this game!

The red is quiet obvious, I guess..

I am almost done with yellow, this game will be hopefully interesting..

The grass is from the tilesets backgroung coming with platform tutorial, but edited to be enlarged...

A pic for my test room,

All types of buttons except purple, white and black are here,

Try to guess..

Nobody (not the user) will get the blue, but yellow is a bit easier, green is easier and cyan is the easiest of all...

Now I will make purple, white and black to finish the concept of buttons...

Green = more of the ladder
yellow = That block appearing?
cyan = Ice cannon shooting
Indigo =Something to do with the indigo thingy towards the bottom

Am I right?

Green=Correct
Yellow=You are near, the green block is not deactivated but special
Cyan=Correct
Blue=Correct, I won't reveal anything about details, find out in demo 1

Indigo button = Makes the indigo pad thingy shoot a bubble that either A: Goes up or B: Goes towards the green walls when the yellow button activates them.

Am I right?

Nope, A Bubble goes up always, and the yellow button does not activate green walls, green walls are there from the beginning of the level, they are just there to stop the floating bubble instead of destroying it like normal walls do...

Answers in bold, That bubble is extremely useful

Sorry I thought it was a hamter 'cause it doesn't look like it has a stripe on its back. BTW The blue thing is a bubble blower.

They exist, you just don't see them (you see a vey small part of the baby tiger..)
