Slender is a quite interesting one; it tests your nerves. Unfortunately I have nerves of plastic twine.

I do want to make a cool indie game. Actually, I do made a few indie games. But I'd like to add in more innovation like in VVVVVV and stuff. And give it a bit of feel from a well-known video game like how Braid references Mario.

If I can, I'll make an indie game of me going through all kinds of journeys around the internet. I'll travel worlds made of blocks, make some nice horse friends, shoot down an opposing team for intelligence, out-perform a bright blue japanese singer, and other cool stuff.

Here is Igneous, a game that is a lot like Sonic. I've seen a couple videos of it so far, but can't run it on my PC because it requires specs that are greater than mine. It's absolutely free and was made by College students! :)

Definitely something worth checking out.

Igneous

-- High end Nvidia (9600) or ATI graphics card (Shader model 3.0 required)

Yeah, Igneous won't run on my laptop either.
My machine is fast, but it doesn't have any fancy GPU. (Graphics Processing UNIT).

I think mine won't even do Shader model 1.0

Hi Mr. S.Squad,

well, you can try this to download it: { It's 115MB in size }

You have to click on "I agree to the terms", then click on the Igneous download link.

https://www.digipen.edu/?id=1170&download=8713

https://www.digipen.edu/cgi-bin/games/d ... _Setup.exe

OR, if the download fails, then try one of these mirrors:

https://downloadv.digipen.edu/GameGalle ... _Setup.exe

https://download0.digipen.edu/GameGalle ... _Setup.exe

https://download3.digipen.edu/GameGalle ... _Setup.exe
