Foggy will not influence puzzle difficulty, it's just a nice visual effect.

That's good. I think mild fogginess would look nice anyway and making everything hard to see would feel like "fake difficulty" to me.
This, So much this. Even dark levels are extremely annoying if not done right.

I don't know what to say. Oh, did anyone notice that the opened window behind the editor says "C:\Work\Wonderland Adventures POTZ\tables.wpd (unmodified)."
Also, the commands put in words mean:
1. Activate "something" with color 11 and sub color 0. [Probably a bridge, based off the Adventure Title.]
2. Move NPC ID 1 to X:7, Y:15. [Moving someone to somewhere else, obviously.]
3. Change NPC ID 1 to dialog 7. [Probably so the NPC could say "Good job activating the bridge!"]
