Why are there 3 networks? Hamachi has a 5 person server limit per network ID, but you can have multiple networks. So, because I'm in every server, there can be 13 people in this whole server. Don't forget the server IP. The server will be up almost every day, so go build and have fun!
IP: 25.22.210.1
Becoming Operator: I must see you on this server for at least 15 minutes, every day, for 3 days in a row. These do not include days where the server will not be up! Being an operator doesn't mean you can break rules though. Breaking 2 rules as an operator will break your operator status.

People (me, eee, mwm) still enjoy that project, and I doubt people will like a remake with pixel-art, houses, offtopic things, etc. So you still host it because EVERYBODY LOVES YOU!
Either way, this is for all members to have fun, build, and chat. Maybe after we finish the Wonderland Recreation project, I can load it into this server and do fun things, like shoot eachother, trap people, and blow it up (not saying it is a bad project).

As a helper over at #minecrafthelp, I strongly despise the use of Hamachi, but if you are on the same computer as your server, why would you need Hamachi to connect to it? Even if you're on a different computer, as long as you're in the same network you can use your internal IP (i.e 192.168.1.x) to log in.

Because you need to be part of the network for people to connect to you.tyteen4a03 wrote:if you are on the same computer as your server, why would you need Hamachi to connect to it? I would connect, but I have always had problems with Hamachi. I agree with Tyteen, I despise it. Especially after one time I was attacked by viruses after it somehow weakened my internet security. I'd be glad to join if someone here were to make a Wonderland Minecraft server that DIDN'T require hamachi. But there are no bets saying i'd be able to stay on for long enough. (I have a Socket ERror bug in my MC)

As far as I know, it's impossible to make a hamachi-less Minecraft server without paying money for a host.LexieTheFox wrote:I'd be glad to join if someone here were to make a Wonderland Minecraft server that DIDN'T require hamachi.
EDIT: Your computer may have gotten a virus from Hamachi if you have a weak/turned off firewall.

It's definitely possible. You can download the server software, port forward on your router, and then give out the server IP (your PC's IP).Sammy_Bro wrote:As far as I know, it's impossible to make a hamachi-less Minecraft server without paying money for a host.

EDIT: The Firewall's add a port.. Can it be used as a alternate method for Port Forwarding? It basically does the same thing.
EDIT2: It's because I use a network where I am not the Router. One main person has the router for internet and me and two other people just connect to it with permission. And I don't think that person with the router would like it (I've tried once, sneakily. It declined it's own credentials in a security lockout) if I asked to port forward MC.

I don't think doing it through just your firewall is enough (or if you're even required to do it through a firewall at all). You have to forward ports in your router if you wish to host a server without hamachi.LexieTheFox wrote:EDIT: The Firewall's add a port.. Can it be used as a alternate method for Port Forwarding? However, if you're just a player and you aren't the one hosting the server, then you don't have to forward any ports at all in order to connect.

Well then it's hopeless. I thought it could be done due to the Firewall's help section about the ADd a Port button matched almost indirectly to the Port Forward description. It even allows TCP or UDP type ports. However I have yet to see if it worksjdl wrote:I don't think doing it through just your firewall is enough (or if you're even required to do it through a firewall at all). If you're using an internet setup where there's no router at all and your computer just plugs straight into your ISP's internet modem, if that's what you mean, then in theory you don't need to port forward at all. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong about any of this you guys.LexieTheFox wrote:EDIT2: It's because I use a network where I am not the Router. After downloading Hamachi and trying to connect.. (I am Lexiejade-pc btw if you see me) It says the server wonderserver01 doesn't exist. I'm going to try the others.
Edit: 02 and 03 don't work ethier. I KNOW I am typing it in correctly with a password. It doesn't seem to work. (Just a note: I use a wireless connection. When hamachi was installed, it seemed to hitch onto my Local Area Connection which had a X. It went from a X to hamachi's connection then switched back. But Hamachi is still listed in it's connection list.)

I've hardly ever messed with Hamachi, but maybe the cause of it not existing is because Sammy has the Hamachi server switched off?LexieTheFox wrote:After downloading Hamachi and trying to connect.. Also, PSST! Jdl!
I know who you are! Hail Celestia!
EDIT: Apparently if I just type wonderserver it works, but the password is rejected and no password doesn't work.

Hail Celestia - From skyrim. After you complete the main Dark Brotherhood quest, sometimes guards will say "Hey, I know you! Hail Sithis!"jdl wrote:I don't really understand what you mean by this.LexieTheFox wrote:Also, PSST! Jdl!

Ooh that would explain why I didn't get the reference, I don't play Skyrim (no Xbox).LexieTheFox wrote:Hail Celestia - From skyrim. And here you go:

You require proper punctuation. wonderserver01 won't work, but Wonderserver01 will.LexieTheFox wrote:After downloading Hamachi and trying to connect.. (I am Lexiejade-pc btw if you see me) It says the server wonderserver01 doesn't exist. I'm going to try the others.

Hamachi servers are always on. You won't have connection to a person if they have Hamachi off.jdl wrote:I've hardly ever messed with Hamachi, but maybe the cause of it not existing is because Sammy has the Hamachi server switched off?

I did type Wonderserver01. It's a problem on your side.Sammy_Bro wrote:You require proper punctuation. wonderserver01 won't work, but Wonderserver01 will.LexieTheFox wrote:After downloading Hamachi and trying to connect..
