Chip - I can't even make a start with this one.

The yellow spheres get destroyed or stuck and I can't get in and out of the red gates before they close.

Any opening hints would be wonderful!

Hi Liz
Heechee technology is a subtle matter. So here you go:

1. To fix the steerage you have to run the locating system permanently.
2. Push the central sphere up.
3. Now you have to find a way to push it down again (to bring the others in position) without losing it.
4. Examine the conveyor buttons. One steers the horizontal, the other one the vertical conveyors.
5. You need the horizontal conveyor to bring the spheres in place. Start this one only, push the central sphere down and stay aside.
6. Watch the machine. Now it's just a small step to cover the red button.
