This was the hardest part for me too - the way you get them is... You float over to them around the world.

I think I can see how to get all over the world, but, I didn't think as to how to actually do that.
I'll probably end up trying it later, when it's not pitch black out.

I'm way behind everyone here.
The rafts weren't a problem and I've sailed around the world.
But I can't find a way through the fallen tower boulders.
I must be blind, but I just can't work it out.

Let's number the columns 1-9, from left to right, then the sequence is:

1. Boulder in column 6 up.
2. Boulder in column 5 left.
3. Boulder in column 3 up.
4. Boulder in column 3 up.
5. Top boulder in column 4 right.
6. Boulder in column 5 right.
7. Boulder in column 6 left.

I've been away for a week and it was a real delight to see some new levels and the continuing saga of the Knights of the Folding Table was my first to take a crack at.

I had some trouble working the rafts for the bonus coins but managed to work that out and then onward to gold.
