I Need Help with THE WASHOUT in Wasteland, PLEASE!!!

Hello,
I have made it to the star but seem to be missing 1 key and can't seem to find it. Can anyone tell me where the 6 keys are located?

There's one hidden behind a cactus at the top of the level. Is it that one?

or...

There are two in the house; make sure you get them both.

I have managed to smash the 4 boxes, and have put 3 reflectors in the water. The generator doesn't work to give me more. What am I doing wrong please?

You need to put in water ALL reflectors, not 3. Then generator will give you more.
Or that's not an issue? Make sure you do not have some lone reflector in the corner.
