Wonderland 1 World 4 Level 2 centre ice

Can anyone please help me with this level, its been driving me nuts for weeks and I cant find the solution anywhere.

Any help greatly appreciated before I go completely crazy...

I dont want to cheat and skip the level...lol :wink:
