Ann, I'm sure Texass has more than one competent cable guy, but hey maybe not since Missouri doesn't have
any, maybe Missouri decided to keep yours held hostage, I haven't had any problems since he was here
Sharon, I hate to write this, but when they come to dig up your cable to replace it , make sure they're NOT running over your water lines. When the phone company came & buried our cable they ran over the water line where it connected to the meter, unknown to anybody, it cracked just enough to have a medium size leak
under ground, imagine my suprize when I received a $500.00 yep that's right a $500.00 water bill for 1 month

( & it was the month of Feb.)
I'm not so sure you would have described my temper as calm on this occasion either
They didn't have to call anybody in from Texass to fix this problem, only a town about 60 miles away..... you'd think I lived in the sticks, not 10 miles away from Springfield
Glad your internet, TV & A/C issues have all been resolved
