Thank you both for the comments. This was something that just popped in my head and wouldn't go away.
What is "Atishoo! Atishoo!?

This looked sweet ... I had Stinky trying to achieve the impossible
.. i do that far too often. Very nice little level.
"Atishoo" is the sound someone makes when they sneeze .. we were always taught the nursery rhyme was about the Great Plague of London and sufferers would sneeze (amongst other things) and the scented flowers were to mask you-know-what.
I guess you guys have a different interpretation ? ... I'd be interested to know
Thanks
Kazza

Thank you.
Now you have me wondering about this nursery rhyme as well as the others. We were never told any stories of why, just taught the words and I'll bet as things are passed on to others the words wound up getting changed, as well as the meaning getting lost.
I feel like you all are just around the corner from me, I forget sometimes that you are oceans away. I'll have to set up a little series and if I butcher a rhyme or two, don't shoot me,
it's what I was taught growing up. And I would love to hear the stories behind them if you all know.

How very true ...
You go ahead Cathy, I find all these subtle differences really fascinating.

If you are talking about the levels that require an education
then I'm with ya, I just guess and if I goof on the ones I'm not sure about then when I redo them I take the next route. Sometimes this is extremely trying though.

A fun level, Cathy! I had to do it twice in order to get Stinky home. Lots of fun, Thank!
I googled the the origin of "Ring around the Rosey" that you and Kazza talked out. It appears there are two versions, the UK one and the US one. One of the links gave a logical explanation of the "ashes" version. However, there was a question that it actually referred to the plague.

I am so glad to see your comment, after Kazza's comment I began to doubt myself and even asked my hubby how it went and he stated the same as I had. As a child we heard these rhymes over and over again but never had any kind of explanation as to the origin. I had planned on including more in a series but I really do not want to upset anyone. I do need some guidance in this before I continue and upset any one.

Thank you all for the comments. I really do want to try my luck with a few of these oldies. Brings back lots of memories.
My hubby even had a few suggestions for me to try. And I have to be honest, I'ld like to see the different versions myself.
Thanks again, be back soon.
