download custom levels
Ok, I'm new to downloading games or anything from the internet. I read the "how to" and understood it but my question is: can I save the levels to a CD since my computer doesn't have a lot of memory? If so, how? I have to pay extra just to have the games put on a CD because of that. Thanks for any info. I do have the RTW platinum.

Stormy, memory isn't affected by the amount of levels or size. Possible you were referring to the capacity of your hard drive.stormy wrote:Ok, I'm new to downloading games or anything from the internet. The levels are very small files so it would be a long time before they ever give you a problem. But if you want to save a lot of the levels that you have downloaded to your computer, then yes you can make backups to a CD and delete the levels on your computer.
To play those levels again though you would have to copy which ones you want and place them in the level file of this path:
C:\Return To Wonderland Deluxe\CustomLevels
It isn't something that you should have to worry about for a long time.

Yes, you would have to install the games or levels again whenever you remove them from your computer.
You can delete levels. You should "uninstall" games though from their uninstall feature which is usually given with the game.
These are things that you can have on a cd and not have to put them back on a computer.
.jpg or other pictures.
.avi or other movies
.txt
.mp3
game installers
All of those can be double clicked on a cd and they will open up in your computer.
