platinum level problems

I was wondering if anyone else has problems with the platinum levels . I down load the game and some will play but from time to time I get a error on the page when I go to open it, then it says I have to hit the Esc. key, and then I have to open the wonderland deluxe all over again. I think I load all the down loads on everyones page, zip too. Anyone have any idea's. Thanks, Kathy

Since you said you can play the platinum levels sometimes, sounds like you got everything downloaded and unzipped into the correct places. One thing to consider is your hard drive or your graphics card. If they are fairly new, up to date, then I am not sure why it is doing what it is doing.

Take notice of what the error message says next time it happens. If you can make out that it says 'can't load model#.jpg/flag1' or something like that, then it is the custom model or texture that it causing it. Either you haven't got the model or texture required, or you have but the jpgs are the wrong size for you. Have you got a GeForce video card? If so the jpgs need to be certain sizes or the won't work. Most of the textures are ok now, but a lot of model files still have irregular shaped jpgs and they would need to be resized to work.

It would help if you could name the levels you are having trouble with so we can see where the problem lies.

your right popo, it says something like, error, couldnt load texture;custom textures/jpg,flag1. what ever that means. is there something I can do to fix this, besides another video card? I have a 64meg card and i hope thats not the problem. Never had this problem with the other wonderland worlds. Any idea's? thanks, kathy
