Going on a Trip

Well everyone I certainly wasn't expecting this, but I'm flying back to Denver tomarrow afternoon.

I have a very dear friend who is sick, she is scared & pretty much alone, she called late this evening & asked if I could come home for awhile & spend some time with her. So I found a flight out of Tulsa tomarrow afternoon, and Emily & I will be on it.
That's pretty much it, not certain when I'm going to return, maybe a few days maybe a week or more.

I'm BAAAAAACK

We got home last night, it felt so goood to sleep in my own bed

. Hubby & Emily hadn't seen each in 8 days, Princess Emily was VERY happy to see her daddy.

I'm very glad I had the opportunity to spend time with my friend, she is doing well under the circumstances. Thanks for all your good thoughts, please continue to have them as she will need them.

Emily spent most of her time at her best friends house, she had a FANTASTIC time and wanted Shara to come home with us.

Frankly, I don't think I have the energy to handle two, five year olds full time.

It's so funny, I grew up in Denver, and I miss so many things about living in a "big city", until I get there...... then I just want to come back to the quiet, rural, community I now live in.

(what do ya think of that Loirae are the "hillbillies" getting to me or what
