New Level-How to make glitches

This level will show you how to make three glitches in the level editor.
Use this to make a glitch level for my glitch contest.

That was a nice little level. The box on ice and the button glitch
have been around a long time (in fact, I didn't know they were glitches!).

The exit glitch is relatively new, and the exact workings of it are not very clear to me.
