IE 6 security hole

Post by Muzozavr » Fri Apr 13, 2007 1:10 pm

Just discovered that a malicious site can crash your IE 6, even if you're using fully patched Windows XP SP2, and IE 7, if your Windows is unpatched.
Here's the full story:

Rest in peace, Kym. I hardly knew ya.
Rest in peace, Marinus. A bright star, you were ahead of me on my own tracks of thought. I miss you.

That's weird.
But I'm using Firefox, so it doesn't affect me.

I'm using Opera, so it doesn't affect me too.
But I tried it in IE, and it crashed immediately. My XP is SP2 and fully patched, btw. :x
