How do I get Top of the World background?

I am looking to get Top of the World Background, but I do not know how to get it. Any help would be appreciated.

I don't know that background, is it a custom one? If so then in the editor you need to set the background to 'custom', then press 'shift-G' and type in the name of the folder with the background in it.

If it's not a custom one, the only one I can think of that looks like it's on top of the world is the 'city' one.
