when you download a custom level, it will ask you where to save the file. Find "Return to Wonderland" in your directory. It is likely that the location is: My Computer/C:/Return to Wonderland. If you open the RTW folder, there are several folders: CustomHouses, CustomLevels, CustomTextures, etc. Open the Custom Levels folder, and you will find a folder labelled "Platinum Set". Save the custom level in this folder. There are frequently custom textures that you can download, those should be saved in the CustomTextures folder, and so on with the other types of custom files. The textures, houses, models, etc will need to be unzipped before you can use them, but that should not be difficult to do. Just make sure that the unzipped files are saved in the correct folder.

Good Luck!

Fiffi, the instructions say not to install in the the Program Files folder of your C drive. It is ok just to install it to where it wants to go by default, which is usually just the C drive.

When it asks you where you want to install it, just let it install it where it already says, don't change the path yourself. But take note of where it is installing it so you can find it later when downloading adventures to play in it.

See if that works for you.
