Prehistorik Man is one of my most favorite ROM games of all time (aside from Super Mario Brothers (NES) and Sonic the Hedgehog 1/2/3). Prehistorik Man (intentionally spelled with a 'K' at the end of 'Prehistorik') is an old Gameboy game that I used to own where you take control of a neanderthal to find food for your village after it got stolen by greedy dinosaurs. The game contains 22 stages where you must perform various tasks from simply getting to the end of the level to retrieving certain items. There are also 3 stages of the game where you must operate vehicles which are a Hang Glider, a Pogo Stick, and a Sports Wheel.

This is a fantastic game, but it can be as hard as heck at some points. I could never finish the game without using savestates. I use the emulator VBA to play Prehistorik Man.

Recently, I've figured out how to hack the level design of the game and have already made a few hacks, but I won't post it until people start to get the hang of the game because the hack I made is very hard (and glitchy).

Here's the controls for Prehistorik Man on VBA (It may be different because I might have changed my controls, can't remember):

Z: Jump
X: Use weapon (Club by default)
S: Supershout
Enter: Start
F1: Load state
Shift+F1: Save state

Since it's illegal, I can't post the ROM. Google Prehistorik Man.GBA and you should find the ROM. Here's the VBA emulator:

Oh yeah. That's only if you do really terrible at a level. There's like 100 whole square thingies in a level - see if you can get more.
