How do i make 3D eye view levels?

Custom 3d models, houses, etc. for Return To Wonderland.

Some levels like MS's Plantinum set:

At the right side in the editor (where the walls, floors, cannons etc. are) is also a 3D-item. Add it somewhere in the level.

Anywhere? What happens when i step on it?
And how about the sky?

It appeared to be just a normal floortile. You also can try it out.
