Congratulations to all you people who can tell what time it is where you live. (Sorry but I become a little bit ironic/sarcastic of this.) and happy new year to everyone (so not only those who can watch a clock
)

Well then perhaps you live at the moon, Venus, Mars or Jupiter?
Because on Earth it was 2:52 or at least something with ..:52

I don't really understand this post. What you mean with the sarcasm and the irony?

BB To tell what time it is can everyone right? So if I say "congratulations that you're able to tell what time it is" is meant ironic or sarcastic, not really serious. I don't really seriously congratulate those people. You see what I mean?
And what don't you understand about what other post?

Oh, I get it. It doesn't really make sense to congratulate for this. But to say "happy new year" makes sense.

Marinus is saying that the minute part of the clock is the same all around the world. Is this true?

I'm talking about the hour (left of colon) and minutes (right of colon)
Am I saying something different?

Not entirely, since there are some places that have half-hour differences rather than hour differences.
