Unlocked because it's not a virus. I scanned it with McAfee and AVG and it's fine. It was just a glitch on his computer.

that's not the task bar deletion.
some times, if you open any file or rename it or delete it, the taskbar refreshes itself and it stays invisible for a few seconds.
That's one glitch, even microsoft bosses can't fix
