Off the Air - TV series

Post by Technos72 »

This is one of my favorite TV shows from Adult Swim and it's a weird one. Off the Air has a series of weird and random animations and films following the theme that comes from the episode name. Each episode is about 11 minutes long and rated PG so be suited up if you're going to watch it.

There are five episodes of Off the Air so far. There is going to be a new episode at the end of august and I think it's the first season 2 episode when I looked at Wikipedia. Below are links to all the episodes

Warning: Possible gores - content may not be suitable for the easily-scared

Episode 1: Animals
Episode 2: Food
Episode 3: Dance
Episode 4: Space
Episode 5: Body
Episode 6: Falling [AUGUST 28]

Warning added because it's just not suitable for everybody.

I think it conveys some interesting concepts and allows you to look at a topic with a brand new angle. For example in the Food episode, the Chinese eating scene that has the BGM "We Want Your Soul" demonstrates how eating fast food dominates your life, and how it ruins your life.
and the duck went moo

I tried to warn but failed

Anyway the new episode premiering at the end of august is called "Falling" So animations and films in that episode will stay on the topic of stuff falling.

cat chases squirrel

Post by VirtLands »

Well, I have seen a neighborhood cat furiously chase a squirrel;
Once the squirrel reached a tree though, the cat gave up.

I previewed some of that adult swim series you presented.
It's amazing how much a raptor can carry, but I haven't ever seen birds of that size are where I live.
----------------------------------------------------

okay, you know what, I looked at it some more, some of it is
shocking, but no more shocking than watching a black hole devour
all of space-time as we know it.

Okay, carry on.
