Finished this, with one flash charge left over. This was an excellent element-usage puzzle!
...Sadly I have yet to complete River of Dreams--that one's a frustrating, messy problem (for me at least; I might be missing something easy though).

Nope, I did not. That was a sneaky misnomer, by the way.
