almost there but need a little more help

Hi me again,

I have got the zip file etc (THANKS JANETGALE) but when I go to open a custom level this message pops up

windows cannot open this file

what am I doing wrong.

Are you trying to open the file on its own in Windows? You can't do that. You can only access the custom levels from the game. Download the levels to your CustomLevels folder in the RTW directory.

Select Custom Levels from the menu when you start the game and all the custom levels you have downloaded will be there ready to play.
