Rest in peace, Kym. I hardly knew ya.
Rest in peace, Marinus. A bright star, you were ahead of me on my own tracks of thought. I miss you.

Think outside the box -- there IS a solution!
No, really, there is. It's an old puzzle.
(In case you're confused the expression goes through the entire alphabet. The dots just shorten the writing, that's it.)

I don't really understand the point of this topic. 100 + 1000 could not be a part of a guessing game. It's just simple Maths.
Muzo, didn't you post that puzzle last year?

Just a quick example of number guessing:
...
I would guess that each letter corresponds to their placement, but I'm not sure...
again...
If it is... Uhhhhh...
Jeez, I honestly don't know.
@Muzo's puzzle: ...*The number is between 1 and 20.
*It is an even number.
*There is the same number of digits as the number in the tens place.
*insert a few guesses or so here*
*The number in the ones place is higher than the number in the tens place.
*28*

I would guess that each letter corresponds to their placement, but I'm not sure...

To Qloof234: the puzzle with plus signs was not solvable. It was a typo.
The puzzle with minus signs IS solvable.
And I think I did post it before, but I think it does fit here too.
